Implementation of Temporary Agency Workers Directive.

This Directive ensures that temporary agency workers receive the same basic employment and working conditions as if they had been employed directly by the end user. The right applies where the agency worker has been working for the employer for 12 weeks.

Implementation must be by 5 December 2011
